About The Position

We are looking for a friendly, experienced medical office licensed RN or LPN and/or Certified MA. The Nurse position is responsible for providing quality care to our pediatric patients. Duties include rooming and evaluating patients, taking history, and performing evaluations such as temperature, height, weight, head circumference, blood pressure, and pulse. Responsible for medical chart documentation, maintaining medical supplies, stocking rooms, and using sterilization equipment. RNs will be included in Telephone Triage rotation.

Requirements

• Active Ohio nursing license RN
• Pediatric medical office or hospital experience (2+ years, preferred)
• Telephone triage experience is a plus!
• Current CPR Certification
• Excellent judgment and decision-making skills and high ethical standards
• Demonstrated flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment while maintaining a high quality of work
• Proficient in computerized systems including Microsoft Suite
• Giving immunizations, flu vaccines, and antibiotic injections
• Venipuncture
• Splinting
• O2 saturation
• Bladder catheterization
• Deep nasal suctioning
• Ear irrigation
• Competent and very comfortable giving immunizations and other injections to infants and children on a daily basis

Nice To Haves
