About The Position

As a Practice Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our facilities operate smoothly and effectively. Your leadership will focus on enhancing patient experience, developing team dynamics, and driving operational excellence.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of management experience with P&L accountability in a healthcare or service-oriented environment.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance optimization.
Demonstrated financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service orientation.
Ability to analyze data and implement effective operational strategies.
Technologically savvy, with a solid understanding of systems and processes.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States in a full-time basis.

A Bachelor's degree is preferred but equivalent experience will be considered.
