RN (Night Shift) - Palm Valley Post Acute
About The Position
Palm Valley Post Acute in Goodyear, Arizona is looking to fill an RN/LPN position for their NOC Shift. They are committed to providing the best quality of care to their patients and maintaining a properly staffed and well-cultured team. The clinical focus is advanced respiratory treatment and hemodialysis. They pride themselves on maintaining a registry-free nursing staff, a high staff-to-patient ratio, and an environment of love and trust among staff and patients. Their admissions criteria include Tracheostomy, Ventilator Care, Hemodialysis, Skilled Nursing Care, Long Term Care, and Behavioral Care Services. The in-house Respiratory Therapy team provides specialized treatments related to tracheostomy and ventilator care, and all nursing staff receive competency-based airway training. The in-house hemodialysis center is contracted through an outside company, allowing for outstanding HD care without the need for outpatient transport. They currently have a maximum capacity of 180 patients.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed RN or LPN.
- FINGERPRINT CLEARANCE CARD REQUIRED!
- Must have a strong desire to help others, a positive attitude, and great work ethic.
- Must be a team player, polite, and possess the ability to think critically.
- Ability to commute to Goodyear, AZ 85395 (Required).
