A Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) provides assigned residents with routine restorative nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, as directed by supervisor. This role involves assisting residents with exercises to improve mobility and independence, supporting dining and transfers, and ensuring resident comfort and hygiene. The RNA also plays a role in monitoring resident conditions and maintaining a therapeutic environment.
