About The Position
Allendale Nursing & Rehab is looking for YOU!!! This is a Part-Time position with 2nd & 3rd Shift 8-hour shifts. We offer new higher wages for RNs, ranging from $43.40 - $46.65 per hour, based on experience, plus a MI direct care incentive and a 2nd shift differential. A sign-on bonus is available: $6,000 for Full-Time RNs and $2,500 for Part-Time RNs (paid in installments). Requirements
- Active RN license (Michigan)
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for resident care
- Positive, dependable, and reliable attendance
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care experience preferred (not required)
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
- Administer medications and perform treatments
- Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary care team
- Monitor and respond to changes in resident condition
- Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
