LPN / New Wages
About The Position
Allendale Nursing & Rehab is looking for YOU!!! This is a Part-Time position with opportunities for 2nd & 3rd Shift, and every other weekend on 1st Shift, with 8 & 12-hour shifts available. We offer new, higher wages for LPNs, ranging from $35.40 – $37.90 per hour, based on experience, plus MI direct care incentive and a 2nd shift differential. A sign-on bonus of $2,000 is available for Part-Time LPNs, paid in installments. Atrium Centers is a 100% employee-owned organization that supports its nurses with more predictable schedules, allowing time to connect with residents. Requirements
- Active LPN license (Michigan)
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for resident care
- Positive, dependable, and reliable attendance
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care experience preferred (not required)
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
- Administer medications and perform treatments
- Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary care team
- Monitor and respond to changes in resident condition
- Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
