Requirements

  • Current Ohio RN license in good standing
  • CPR Certification Required
  • Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
  • May be necessary to assist in the evacuation of residents during emergency situations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate resident care with excellence and compassion
  • Assess, monitor, and document resident health status
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Mentor and support nursing assistants and fellow caregivers
  • Help create a positive, engaging atmosphere where residents can thrive
