Requirements
- Current Ohio RN license in good standing
- CPR Certification Required
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
- May be necessary to assist in the evacuation of residents during emergency situations.

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate resident care with excellence and compassion
- Assess, monitor, and document resident health status
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Mentor and support nursing assistants and fellow caregivers
- Help create a positive, engaging atmosphere where residents can thrive
