Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of Missouri.
- Proven experience in a clinical coordination or supervisory role.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for senior care and a commitment to providing compassionate service.
- Experience with electronic medical records.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the delivery of nursing care within your assigned area.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to our nursing staff.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, residents, and families to ensure optimal care outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
