Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Previous Wound Care experience required
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Wound Care Certification preferred
- Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide wound care and treatment to residents
- Assess, monitor, and document wounds and skin conditions
- Develop and follow individualized wound care treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team
- Educate and support nursing staff on wound prevention and proper wound care practices
- Help ensure compliance with wound care policies and clinical standards
