About The Position

Billings Clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position at West End Primary Care. This role involves utilizing the nursing process to promote and maintain health, incorporating evidence-based practices, and ensuring quality patient care. The RN will collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team, plan and implement patient care, adhere to safety standards, and contribute to performance improvement initiatives. The position is based in Billings, Montana, a community known for its outdoor recreation and family activities. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Healthcare Provider CPR Certification required
Current Montana or Wyoming state license as a registered nurse required

Nice To Haves

Associate (or Diploma) RNs with less than 5 years of RN experience hired into this position must commit to completing their Bachelor of Nursing degree within 4 years after their hire date. Billings Clinic may help support the cost through financial assistance.

Utilizes performance improvement principles to assess and improve the quality of patient care.

Takes responsibility for own professional growth and development needs; meets all system/departmental educational requirements.
Demonstrates collaborative, supportive, and caring behaviors in communication with patients and/or families, visitors, and the interdisciplinary care team.
