About The Position

Cadia Healthcare is seeking a 7p–7a Weekend RN Supervisor for Renaissance in Millsboro, Delaware. The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for the overall clinical care of residents throughout the facility and for ensuring that care is coordinated and provided. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.; the position works 24 hours and is paid for 40 hours.

Requirements

• Hold a current, unencumbered, active RN license in the state or a compact state.
• Have at least 2 years of experience as a supervisor in long-term care or healthcare-related facilities.

Nice To Haves

• Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Complete administrative duties, including medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting, as necessary.
• Review staffing for the assigned shift and ensure each resident has an assigned nurse or CNA.
• Review shift PPD and adjust staffing as required.
• Make rounds throughout the facility at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Replace staff call-offs received during the shift.
• Communicate events, incidents, and resident concerns to the DON/ADON.
• Assist in developing and implementing corrective action when appropriate.
• Oversee residents’ clinical care and ensure care is coordinated and provided.
