About The Position
NHC HealthCare Lexington is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse to provide nursing care in a family-oriented, team-based environment. The position calls for clinical competency, nursing knowledge, leadership, and communication skills, along with a commitment to connecting with patients and their families. The schedule is 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and the position is part-time.
Requirements
- RN nursing license.
Responsibilities
- Maintain clinical competency by applying integrated nursing knowledge, leadership, and communication skills.
- Use the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement care.
- Organize workflow and prioritize to meet patient care needs.
- Apply current standards of practice and local, state, and federal regulations related to nursing services in patient care.
- Use continuous quality improvement thinking and problem-solving skills.
