Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise shifts to ensure seamless delivery of resident care
- Manage staff to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and adherence to policies and procedures
- Ensure the smooth running of the building, addressing any needs or concerns in a timely and efficient manner
