Registered Nurse – $4,000 Sign -On Bonus
About The Position
If you’re in a hospital or clinic, you already know the tradeoffs. High patient ratios. Back-to-back appointments. Limited time to think. Home care changes that. You see one patient at a time. You control your schedule and your pace. You build real relationships instead of rushing through tasks. This is nursing where you can slow down, assess fully, and actually see progress over time. We operate alongside Interim, Lifespark, Adara, Aveanna, and Gentiva, but our focus is different. We prioritize manageable caseloads, strong communication, and real support in the field. This role offers 1:1 patient care in homes and community settings, autonomy in your day without being on your own, less burnout compared to hospital or clinic environments, and the ability to see patients improve and regain independence. Requirements
- Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in home health, med-surg, clinic, rehab, or hospital nursing.
- Strong clinical judgment and independence.
- Comfortable working in a field-based role.
- Reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing visits in homes and care communities.
- Perform assessments, wound care, and medication management.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery.
- Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and care teams.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
