RN Unit Manager
About The Position
NHC HealthCare Bluffton is seeking a compassionate and caring Unit Manager Registered Nurse (RN) to join their family-oriented team. This role involves working with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure accurate patient assessment and the development/revision of individualized care plans. The Unit Manager RN will maintain open communication with patients and families, encouraging their participation in decision-making. This position also includes supervising LPNs and other nursing partners as assigned, and performing other duties as directed by the Director of Nursing. Requirements
- South Carolina RN Nursing license
- GNs and GPNs are hired
Responsibilities
- Working with the interdisciplinary care team, to assure accurate patient assessment and development/revision of individualized plans of care.
- Maintains open and ongoing communication with patients and families, providing opportunity and encouragement to participate in decision making.
- Supervise LPNs and other nursing partners as assigned
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
