Lakeland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is now hiring an experienced Unit Manager who is committed to providing the best life and care for our residents. Located in Lakeland, we are a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility that is dedicated to helping our residents maximize their potential and live their lives to the fullest. Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate Point Click Care software.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Ability to relate positively and favorably to residents, families, and outside agencies.
- Ability to work cooperatively with other associates.
- 1 year of experience as a Unit Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage a nursing unit within a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.
- Provide compassionate care in an environment of respect and dignity.
- Ensure residents receive the finest sub-acute medical care, rehabilitation services, and 24-hour skilled nursing care.
