About The Position

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Triage for their General Surgery Medical Group. This full-time position involves patient care through telephone practice, assessing caller needs, providing education, and problem-solving. The role requires managing immediate and ongoing patient needs, including acute and preventative interventions. Duties encompass phone triage, patient education, Continuous Glucose Monitor placement and testing, insurance pre-authorization, referrals, and maintaining exam room supplies.

Requirements

Current Illinois RN licensure
Current CPR for Healthcare Providers
Self-starter, able to handle periods of high stress
Prolonged periods of standing/walking/sitting/bending/reaching/climbing and repetitive use of hands
Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and carry/push up to 20 lbs.
Able to effectively communicate in English, both written & verbal

Office RN and BSN preferred

Responsibilities
