Time and a half after 8 hrs + weekend and night differential (call pay for procedural areas). Sign-on and relocation bonus incentives for eligible external hires. Requirements
- High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE), or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
- Consistent demonstration of Novice / Advance Beginner clinical nursing practice proficiency required
- RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
- BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required

- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
Responsibilities
- The population of Trauma/Surgical ICU patients ranges from single to multi-system injuries, acute exacerbation of chronic health problems, and acute illness.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and is committed to caring for a variety of patients.

- Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Work closely with other disciplines.
