About The Position
If you’re an RN working in Med Surg, Telemetry, or ER and feeling burned out by long shifts, high patient loads, and constant pressure—this could be a strong next step. We’re working with a growing home health team in the Pittsburgh area that is open to training strong clinical nurses into home-based care, with a structured onboarding program and supportive transition. Requirements
- Active RN license (PA)
- 1+ year RN experience
- Strong clinical background required (Med Surge, Telemetry, or ER)
- Comfortable working independently and managing your day
- Okay to local travel
- Certifications: AHA BLS (required)

- ACLS preferred
