About The Position

Start a new career as an RN Trainer with ProcareHR! Through a unique partnership between ProcareHR and Cassia, we are reimagining workforce safety in senior care. Our goal is to create safer, healthier workplaces for employees while improving resident safety, quality of care, and clinical outcomes. This position will play a key role in bringing that vision to life by implementing an innovative Safe Patient Handling Program across multiple senior living communities throughout Minnesota. The role will work directly with community leaders and care teams to introduce best practices, strengthen employee competency, reduce workplace injuries, and promote safer resident handling and mobility. This is an opportunity to make a measurable impact—not only on employee safety and well-being, but also on the quality and consistency of care provided to residents.

Requirements

• 2+ years of nursing experience in the United States
• 1+ years of licensed nursing experience in US LTC Facility or Assisted Living
• Must reside in Minnesota.
