About The Position
Our client is seeking an RN - Telemetry in Beverly, Massachusetts, for a 3x12 night shift. Candidates must hold current state licensure and have at least one year of recent experience. The role requires the listed application documents, certifications, clinical references, health clearances, and screenings.
Requirements
- Current state licensure.
- At least 1 year of recent experience.
- Current resume.
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications.
- Two current clinical references.
- Physical examination within the past 12 months.
- TB skin test within the past 12 months.
- MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella titers.
- Respiratory fit test within the past 12 months.
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations.
- Must pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.
