Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program, with nursing as the specialized field of study.
• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to recognize and respond to changes in cardiac rhythms and patient conditions.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple patients and prioritize care in a progressive or intermediate care setting.
