About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) TeleCare Nurse Triage handles high-volume after-hours patient care concerns and coordination using evidence-based practice standards. The RN identifies and resolves clinical concerns or escalates them appropriately while responding to urgent clinical inquiries from Orlando Health and non-Orlando Health patients. The role includes triage and care coordination through phone calls, texts, video, electronic messages, and digital communication tools. Although the posting describes the position as in person and not remote or hybrid, it also mentions a flexible work arrangement of working from home; the posting is inconsistent on this point. The position also supports remote patient monitoring and enterprise telehealth pilot programs, and contributes to chart reviews, audits, reports, and performance improvement activities.
