About The Position

The RN is responsible for providing direct patient care within the Tele Float Pool, which includes floating within multiple units. The nurse will deliver care to adult and geriatric patients with a variety of diagnoses and must be prepared to float within Zone 1 facilities.

Requirements

• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years MS-Tele experience required.
• License submission is mandatory.
• Must be willing to work within the 60-mile radius of designated facilities.

Nice To Haves

• Prior Neuro experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care for a variety of specialties including Cardiac, Neuro, Orthopedic, and more.
• Float within Zone 1 facilities and adhere to a flexible schedule.
• Administer medications and manage drips as necessary, such as Heparin.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation utilizing the EPIC charting system.
