This advanced building brings every stage of care under one roof, featuring dedicated spaces for outpatient services, surgery, stepdown, ICU and epilepsy monitoring, as well as additional operating rooms and expanded ambulatory, infusion, imaging, EMG, sleep and rehabilitation services. We are welcoming new caregivers to collaborate within our multidisciplinary teams and contribute to nationally recognized, innovative neurological care. Join us and be part of the next wave of transformative care at Cleveland Clinic. The RN in this role provides high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in the operative setting for both adult and pediatric populations. This position focuses on neuro and spine procedures, ensuring safe, efficient, and compassionate care before, during, and after surgical and other invasive interventions. The RN collaborates closely with the interdisciplinary team, maintains a sterile environment, and adheres to established clinical standards and protocols to optimize patient outcomes. This RN position is part of Cleveland Clinic’s Weekender Flex Program and will require you to work two 12-hour shifts per weekend and one 12-hour shift during the week. Weekend shift options start at 7:00pm on Fridays and end at 7:30am on Mondays. While you are only working 36 hours a week, Cleveland Clinic will pay you for 44 hours of work and give you full-time status and benefits. This schedule allows caregivers to enjoy personal time during the week with family and friends and take care of any errands that will not interfere with a typical day shift schedule. A caregiver in this position works 2 12-hr shifts on Saturday and Sunday and 1 12-hr shift during the weekday. Start times begin at 7:00pm and end at 7:30am. Orientation is 6 months long, Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm. There is no required call rotation and limited holiday coverage needs when working the weekender program. Night shift weekenders are eligible for shift differential, $5 per hour, when working the required overnight shift.
