About The Position
White Oak Manor Spartanburg is seeking a dynamic and motivated Weekend RN Supervisor to join our team. This role offers leadership opportunities, stability, and work-life balance, working exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays from 7 PM to 7 AM. You will be part of a supportive team with experienced RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, and will receive support from dedicated corporate nursing consultants and empowering leadership. The facility is a 60-bed skilled nursing & rehab facility.
Requirements
- Current, active RN license (in good standing)
- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Long-term care and/or supervisory experience
Responsibilities
- Assess resident care needs and implement appropriate actions
- Ensure high-quality nursing care across our 60-bed skilled nursing & rehab facility
- Implement and uphold nursing policies and procedures
- Lead, support, and guide nursing staff to deliver exceptional care
- Foster teamwork, engagement, and a positive culture
