About The Position
White Oak Manor Spartanburg is seeking a dynamic and motivated Weekend RN Supervisor to join their team. This role offers leadership, stability, and work-life balance, supporting a 60-bed skilled nursing & rehab facility. The RN Supervisor will assess resident care needs, implement appropriate actions, ensure high-quality nursing care, and uphold nursing policies and procedures. They will also lead, support, and guide nursing staff, fostering teamwork, engagement, and a positive culture.
Requirements
- Current, active RN license (in good standing)
- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Long-term care and/or supervisory experience
Responsibilities
- Assess resident care needs and implement appropriate actions
