Requirements
- Registered Nurse in good standing with 2-5 years' experience in LTC
- Basic computer knowledge
- MDS proficiency
- Knowledge of care plan process
Responsibilities
- Managing resident care
- Supervision of CNAs and LPNs including disciplining, interview and hiring
- Work closely with Director of Nursing to ensure Department of Health compliance with regulations, as well as adhering to company policies and procedures.
