About The Position
The Osborn, a premier senior care community in Rye, NY, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee and support clinical operations within our Skilled Nursing Facility. As a valued leader on our team, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for nursing staff.
Requirements
- Current NYS RN license in good standing
- Strong leadership and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A passion for working with seniors and supporting a culture of dignity and respect
Nice To Haves
- At least 2 years of experience in long-term care or subacute setting
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care for residents
- Provide clinical oversight and hands-on support during your shift
- Respond to emergencies and clinical concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies
- Mentor, coach, and guide CNAs, LPNs, and fellow RNs in their daily responsibilities
- Ensure proper documentation and communication of resident status and care
