We are currently seeking a qualified RN Supervisor to join our team at Peak Resources Alamance. This role involves directing the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants and licensed personnel in accordance with current rules, regulations, policies, and procedures governing the long-term care facility. Infrequent travel within NC may be required.

Requirements

Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN / LPN in this State.
Current BLS CPR Certification including in-person skills assessment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient computer skills.
Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace.

Nice To Haves

A minimum of two (2) years nursing supervisory experience in a hospital or nursing facility.

Responsibilities

Initiate and implement health care plan(s) and other nursing duties per the Scope of Practice.
Practice encompasses the full scope of nursing, involved in all steps of the nursing process.
Direct day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants/licensed personnel in accordance with current rules and regulations.
Comply with all written policies and procedures and guidelines that govern the long-term care facility.
