About The Position
All Saints Sub Acute is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team for full-time NOC shifts. We are looking for a strong clinical leader who is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a post-acute setting while supporting and guiding nursing staff during overnight operations.
Requirements
- Current California RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of experience in post-acute care required
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff during NOC shifts
- Ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with facility policies and procedures
- Coordinate admissions, discharges, and patient care planning
- Respond to clinical concerns and emergencies as needed
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor documentation and ensure accurate charting
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment
