RN Supervisor; $7,500 sign-on (M-F; 7A-3P)
About The Position
White Oak Manor Spartanburg is seeking a dynamic and motivated RN Supervisor to join our team. This position offers leadership, stability, and work-life balance, with a Monday through Friday 1st Shift (7A-3P) schedule, meaning no weekends. You will be supported by a strong team of experienced RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, dedicated corporate nursing consultants, and empowering leadership. As RN Supervisor, you will assess resident care needs, implement appropriate actions, ensure high-quality nursing care across our 60-bed skilled nursing & rehab facility, implement and uphold nursing policies and procedures, and lead, support, and guide nursing staff to deliver exceptional care while fostering teamwork, engagement, and a positive culture.
Requirements
- Current, active RN license (in good standing)
- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Long-term care and/or supervisory experience
