About The Position
White Oak Manor Spartanburg is seeking a dynamic and motivated RN Supervisor to join their team. This position offers leadership, stability, and work-life balance, working Monday through Friday on the night shift with no weekends. The RN Supervisor will assess resident care needs, implement appropriate actions, ensure high-quality nursing care in a 60-bed skilled nursing & rehab facility, and uphold nursing policies and procedures. They will also lead, support, and guide nursing staff to deliver exceptional care, fostering teamwork, engagement, and a positive culture.
Requirements
- Current, active RN license (in good standing)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
