About The Position

The RN Supervisor is a Licensed Nurse who functions both as a supervisor and manager to provide quality care and services to our residents. This individual is expected to assume the responsibility for his/her health care delivery and to supervise the work of other employees. This individual is responsible for coordinating all aspects of resident care fostering both interdepartmental and intradepartmental cooperation. He/She communicates pertinent information to Administration, Physicians, Families, Consultants, and other service providers.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing
• Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Nurse or Practical Nurse
• Demonstration of leadership ability
• Works well with people
• Demonstrates the ability to verbally communicate resident status/changes in condition
