Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program or hold relevant state licensure.
• RN License
• Must be 21yrs or older
• Current unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-shift staff, delegating tasks and providing training support to ensure high-quality care.
• Handle scheduling conflicts, guest complaints, and communicate concerns directly with facility leadership to maintain peace of mind.
• Assess guest care, lead code drills, and monitor conditions to ensure safe detoxification.
• Orient families to our program while serving as a beacon of honesty and excellence.
