Holy Angels is seeking an RN Supervisor for the Day Shift. Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensed to function as a Registered Nurse in NC.
- Community CPR and First Aid certification (can be obtained after employment).
Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision to licensed and unlicensed staff as assigned.
- Provide direct oversight of the on-site health care center clinic.
- Attend to the medical care of assigned residents incorporating the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) into each resident’s plan of care.
- Provide emergency and routine treatment as necessary.
- Provide accurate documentation using a web-based record keeping system as required by Holy Angels policy and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Administer prescribed medication and treatments.
- Chart and maintain all pertinent data in the medical charts of residents during the shift.
- Provide clinical hands-on nursing care, offering care and treatment to children/adults with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities.
