About The Position

We’re seeking a confident, compassionate RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership, support nursing staff, and help ensure exceptional resident care throughout a 180-bed skilled nursing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys problem-solving, mentoring others, and being a trusted clinical resource during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. The facility consists of five unique units, giving you the opportunity to work with a diverse resident population: Neurobehavioral Unit: Dementia and Alzheimer’s residents with complex behavioral needs. Rehabilitation Unit: Residents recovering from orthopedic surgery, cardiac procedures, and other conditions with the goal of returning home. Secure Dementia Unit: Residents requiring additional supervision due to elopement risk. Long-Term Care Units: Residents requiring ongoing skilled nursing and supportive care.

Requirements

• Active RN license
• BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Previous charge or supervisory experience required
• EPIC experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical judgment

Nice To Haves

• Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
• Experience with staffing, admissions, emergency preparedness, regulatory compliance, and staff coaching
