About The Position
Hilltop Park Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN Supervisor to join their team. This full-time position involves managing nursing functions within the facility, ensuring high-quality care is provided. The facility specializes in rehabilitation services with two large rehab gyms and fosters a collaborative and supportive team environment. They are committed to integrity, teamwork, and a positive atmosphere, aiming to make a real difference in residents' lives.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN in CO
- Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility required
Nice To Haves
- Previous Nurse Management or Director of Staff Development experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage nursing functions provided in the facility in accordance with specified duties or as directed by the DON
