About The Position

Main Line Health is seeking a leader for their newly established Virtual Care Operation Center (VCOC) located in Radnor, PA. As the Supervisor, you will oversee VCOC staff, operations, and team collaboration to ensure efficient patient flow and bed capacity management. You will work with campus and VCOC leadership to integrate real-time data and trends in key metrics and outcomes related to capacity management and patient flow. Your leadership is crucial in making a difference in this role.

Requirements

• 3-5 years inpatient RN experience.
• 2 years supervisory experience.
• RN required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the VCOC staff, operations, and team collaboration in providing efficient patient flow and management of bed capacity.
• Collaborate with campus and VCOC leadership to develop and integrate both real time and trends in key metrics and outcomes related to capacity management and efficient patient flow.
