About The Position

Park View Nursing and Subacute is now hiring a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN Supervisor) for Sub-Acute Care to join their team. Requirements

RN with current licensure to practice in the state
Comprehensive knowledge of applicable nursing principles and practices to ensure the quality of care standards for residents
Strong communication and organizational skills
Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
Behavioral care / memory care experience
Experience with PointClickCare (PCC)

Responsibilities

Completing initial, comprehensive, and ongoing assessments of residents to determine medical needs.
Writing, initiating, and revising care plans as needed.
Initiating and delivering appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing care, as well as administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Completing, maintaining, and submitting accurate clinical notes regarding the condition and care given.
Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information.
Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.
