About The Position

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Step Down Unit. This position involves night shifts with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4. The role requires the clinician to float within their scope to meet facility needs, specifically to floors of lower acuity. While block schedules are not accommodated, we accept nurses with pending licenses. The facility is an Acute Care Hospital with 233 staffed beds, utilizing EPIC for charting. The required scrub color is navy.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN.
• ACLS certification required.
• BCLS certification required.
• NIH certification required.
• Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs.
• Willingness to work 2 shifts every other weekend (for night shift, can be Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday depending on rotation).
