RN Staff Nurse - Flex
About The Position
River Garden is seeking a Registered Nurse to care for post-acute care and rehabilitation residents in a long-term care setting. The role may suit an RN with acute care experience who wants to transition to a more nurturing environment. The primary purpose is to provide unit-based resident care by directing nursing subordinates and providing direct hands-on care. The RN has direct responsibility for nursing staff assigned to the unit and for nursing care of residents living on the unit. This is a full-time flex-schedule position with various eight-hour shifts available on all shifts. A background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse is required.
Requirements
- Must be a Registered Nurse.
- Two years of recent clinical experience in a health care setting.
- Ability to work various eight-hour shifts.
- Complete the required background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
Nice To Haves
- Geriatric-setting experience is preferred but not required.
- Acute care experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide unit-based resident care.
