The RN Staff Development Specialist is responsible for delivering safety and care-related training to all employees in the Rehabilitation & Care Center by leveraging the company’s learning management system, intranet portal, state and federal resources, and other pre-approved sources. The RN Staff Development Specialist plays a leading role with Infection Prevention training, monitoring, auditing and reporting through the National Health Safety Network (NHSN). Additionally, the RN Staff Development Specialist is responsible for record retention of safety and care-related training by utilizing the company’s HRIS system, forms, and document retention practices guidelines.
