About The Position

This is a Full time, benefited RN position at our La Jolla Clinic. The clinic includes a team of highly trained, board-certified cosmetic surgeons, board-certified anesthesiologists, registered nurses, and other health care professionals who are specially trained to assist in plastic and reconstructive procedures.

Requirements

  • Current California RN license
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • Must be patient centered, flexible, and team oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

  • Plastic surgery experience
  • BSN
  • At least 1 year of RN experience

Responsibilities

  • Perform pre-op assessments, post-op follow up, wound care, consultations both medical and cosmetic and assist with in-office procedures.
  • Engages in complex clinical procedures and may provide clinical assessments to surgical patients in the clinic setting.
  • Works collaboratively with the other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Contribute to the team as necessary to ensure quality patient care within own scope of practice.
