About The Position

Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the nursing care of patients within the OMC Short Stay Unit. Supports and promotes a positive image of professional nursing. Sees patients under a variety of circumstances. Subject to varying and unpredictable situations. May handle emergency or crisis situations.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, required.
  • Current Washington State RN license, required.
  • Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), required.

Nice To Haves

  • One year experience in a hospital setting, preferred.

  • Per Diem premium - 15% (on rate of pay, in lieu of benefits)
  • Certification premium - $2.00/hour
  • Preceptor premium - $2.00/hour
