About The Position
The November 2026 RN Residency with Swedish offers a foundation and support for new Registered Nurses (RNs) to become experts in their chosen specialties. The program combines structured curriculum, simulation, and real patient experiences under the guidance of preceptors. This opportunity is ideal for recent nursing graduates with less than 12 months of experience. The residency begins on November 2, 2026. Full-time night shifts are available for most specialties. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.
