About The Position

This role involves delivering direct patient care by administering physician and nursing orders, implementing care plans, and following established organizational policies. The RN Resident will monitor and document patient conditions, continuously updating the healthcare team on changes and response to treatment. Additionally, they will coordinate multidisciplinary care and manage patient discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
