Job Details OR RN Residency Program Program Duration : 1 year You will be expected to complete 1- ½ hours of computer generated program daily. Your progress will be tracked weekly. You will spend approx. 6 ½ - 7 hours training in the OR alongside OR nurse Upon completion of the computer program ( which should be completed in 6 months) and the yearlong OR training you will be evaluated by the Nurse Manager and Assistant Nurse Manager as to your progress and level of competency achieved. If longer orientation is needed it will be extended.
Requirements
- Minimum one year med surg RN experience required.
- Nursing degree required, BSN preferred
- Current NYS RN license
