About The Position

The Bridge RN Residency Program is specifically designed to support Registered Nurses (RNs) who have worked for less than 6 months in a non-acute care setting (such as home health, school nursing, or case management) and are transitioning to an acute pediatric RN role. This program offers standardized onboarding, which is a best practice proven to decrease turnover, reduce medication errors, increase engagement, and strengthen nursing knowledge and skills to support quality patient care.
