About The Position

Thank you for considering a career at Mercy Health! This position is for the RN Residency - New Grad Registered Nurse role at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital. The GROW Strong RN New Grad Residency Program is designed to align with QSEN competencies and ANCC Practice Transition Accreditation Program (PTAP) requirements. With rolling enrollment, nurses can begin the program within 30-45 days of hire. Specialty Clinical Practice Tracks offer hands-on skills practice to enhance the application of didactic content. The program content has been condensed to allow nurses to complete it in 6-8 months. Requirements

  • Recent graduate from an accredited nursing program who has successfully completed all requirements to obtain a nursing license
  • RN student enrolled in the final semester of an accredited nursing program with a set graduation date
  • Must be interested in roles at Mercy Health - St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital

Responsibilities
